Change of Mind / Unconditional Return Item must be unused, unwashed/unworn, in original packaging, with complete accessories; must remain in resellable condition. Customer bears return shipping. Within 7 days of receipt.
Item Not as Described / Product Issues Defective, damaged, or inconsistent with description. Verification (photos/videos) may be required. Shipping covered by seller. Within 30 days from delivery.
Non-returnable Items Hygiene-related items, consumables, opened items that cannot be restored to unused condition, and sale items. Not applicable. Not eligible.
Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth process, all returned items must meet the following requirements:

Product Condition

  • Apparel: Must be unworn, unwashed, and free from damage, stains, odors, or signs of wear.
  • General Merchandise: Must remain unused, without scratches, installation traces, or any form of damage.
  • Completeness: All accessories, components, manuals, inserts, and original protective materials (foam, trays, seals) must be included.
  • Packaging: Original packaging must be intact and not damaged in a way that affects resale.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or that present excessive wear or missing components.

Refund Process
  • Returned items undergo standard inspection upon arrival at our warehouse.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued within 3–5 business days.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases involving verified product issues.
Orders Not Received

If your package is marked “Delivered” but you did not receive it:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of the delivery update.
  • Proof of non-receipt may be required for verification.
  • After confirmation, we will arrange a reshipment or refund as appropriate.
Special Situations

Refused Deliveries

  • Refunds will be issued only after the returned parcel is received by our warehouse.
  • Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Unauthorized Returns

  • Return parcels sent without prior approval may be refused.
  • Any resulting losses, additional fees, or return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
